We run a directory where you can find local repair shops and book jobs online. When a tech accepts your repair, he sees what needs fixing and where. He does not see your phone number. We keep it.
You pick the time window yourself on your phone or computer. No codes to remember. No calling a dispatcher back and forth. You choose when works for you, and the tech gets the message.
This is how it should work. A stranger showing up at your door knows what he's fixing, not who you are.
