For the last couple weeks we were blind. We knew people were using our directory, but we couldn't tell if they were real people or bots, and we couldn't see which listings actually turned into phone calls. Last month something broke and we didn't catch it until this week.

We rebuilt how we track everything. Now we can see real visitors, tell the difference between humans and bots, and know when someone taps on a listing or makes a call. We also fixed the system so we can pull the real numbers without having to rebuild the whole thing every time.

It's not flashy work, but it's the difference between guessing and knowing.

The directory looks the same from your side. But now we know if it's working or not. That matters.
