The Coastal Bend jobs board works in Spanish and English. You post a job once in English. The system translates it to Spanish automatically. Workers looking for work can apply in Spanish or English, whatever they speak.
You still post in English. The translation happens behind the scenes. A worker looking for work in their language finds your job, understands what you need, and applies. No confusion about what the job is.
This opens the board to more workers and gives you a bigger pool to hire from. It's one of the simplest things we could do and one of the most useful.
