Posting a job is clearer.
Required fields are marked. No tricks. Contact rules are honest. No misleading labels.

If you post a job on our board, we need a few things. A title. A description. A city. A way for people to reach you. That last one used to say email was optional, but that was wrong. We were checking for at least one way to contact you.
We fixed the labels. The form now shows which fields are required. The city dropdown starts empty instead of picking the first town, so you don't accidentally post in the wrong place. The contact rule is clear: give us a phone, an email, or both.
Small stuff. But it stops the accidents.
