Posting your job got easier.

Hiring is a pain. You write a job description, you post it to three different sites, you wait for applicants who don't show up. We can't fix the showing-up part, but we made the posting part less annoying.

The jobs website is cleaner now. You fill in what matters, the job title, the pay, the hours, what you need, and it goes live. No hidden settings. No confusing form fields. You can post a job without a lot of fuss. And it reaches workers in Alice, Corpus Christi, Calallen, all over the Coastal Bend area.

We also made it so you can post in both Spanish and English. One form, both languages. It's not fancy, but it works. The people who need to hire someone can do it faster, and the people looking for work can find it easier. That's the whole idea.
