Repair booking now shows device-return as a separate line item so the total is easier to read

Repair jobs booked through Constellation sites used to bundle the device handoff into the overall job cost. The charge is now listed as its own line, so customers can see what they are paying for and why. The handoff fee still applies when additional work is done, but the math no longer requires interpretation.
