Rush jobs show payment before work starts.

The system won't let a tech take a rush job without proof the customer paid for speed. The payment is the proof.

A rush job costs more because it's faster. The tech gets paid more, the customer pays more, and everyone knows the deal upfront. But the system used to let techs claim rush pay even when the customer never actually paid for rush service. That's gone.

The system proves it. When a customer books a rush job, they pay for the rush window upfront. That payment is the proof. The tech sees it on the card, and the money reflects it. No ambiguity. No tech getting a rush bonus on a regular job because someone forgot to collect the money.

If a customer books rush and then the job doesn't get done within that time window, the customer gets refunded automatically at 48 hours. The tech doesn't get the rush bonus. That's fair to both sides and it's locked in.
