A Spanish-speaking worker in the Bend opens the jobs site and sees the whole thing in Spanish. The categories, the filters, the safety warnings, the apply form. All of it. And if he wants to switch back to English, he can toggle it with one tap.

We translated the search and application parts of the site so the job hunt works in both languages. The job post itself stays in English as the employer wrote it, but everything around it, how to search, what to watch out for, how to send your application, works in Spanish too.

This matters because a lot of good workers in the Bend speak Spanish first. The jobs are here. They should be able to find them in the language they think in.
