Here's an honest one: we had a bug in the search tool that figures out what you're looking for. When you typed 'dental' in Robstown, it was showing you towing results. When you typed 'heating,' it might show you HVAC, or it might not. The problem was a tiny mistake in how the search code was written.
We caught it when we noticed Robstown was missing dental results. We fixed it. The search does what it's supposed to do.
Bugs happen. Fixing them fast is what matters.
