When someone gets an estimate from us, we ask them later: did the final bill match what we quoted? If they say yes, that data goes into our price tracker. We need at least five people to confirm before we show a price range. No names, no personal details.

The tracker updates as neighbors report back. You see the range, when it was last updated, and how many people reported it. If we don't have enough data yet, we tell you that too. It's local and honest.
