We ship a lot from Alice. One person. Me. A lot of boxes. That means some orders move slower than you'd get from a warehouse in Dallas.

Most things take one to two weeks to ship out. Custom orders take longer. Photo prints take time. Engraved items can take three to four weeks if we're backed up. We tell you the timeline when you order.

If you need something in two days, we'll tell you no instead of promising and missing it. That's the trade-off of working with a small shop. You get honest timelines and someone who actually cares if you're happy. You don't get overnight shipping.

It works for people who plan ahead. It doesn't work if you forgot your mom's birthday is tomorrow. We're okay with that.
