And you can find them. The job board works in English or Spanish. Both languages, same jobs.

South Texas is bilingual. Our job board wasn't. If you posted in English, Spanish speakers had to guess what the job was. If you searched in Spanish, you got nothing.

We added a language button on every job page. Employers post in English, but job seekers can switch to Spanish and see the same posts. The search, the safety warnings, and the apply form all work in both languages. If you're hiring and you want to reach bilingual workers, you can now say so in your description.

It's a start. We're listening to what people actually need.
