If you speak Spanish and you're looking for work in the Coastal Bend, you can search our job website in your language. The whole website flips: search terms, job filters, the application form, even the safety tips. You get the same jobs, just in Spanish.

Job posts themselves stay in English because employers post them that way. But you don't have to guess what they mean. You can read the listing in Spanish and apply without switching back and forth.

This matters because a lot of good people looking for work here speak Spanish first. Before, they were stuck reading English job websites or using a translator. Now they can just come to us and work in their language.
