Spanish speakers see your job.
Jobs appear in Spanish and English.

We run a job board for the Coastal Bend, that's Alice, Corpus Christi, Calallen, and the towns around them. If you post a job there, Spanish-speaking workers can read it in Spanish. The whole page flips to Spanish with one click. Your job description stays in English like you wrote it, but the search box, the filters, and the warnings all work in Spanish.
This matters because half the skilled trades in South Texas speak Spanish first. You were already reaching them through word of mouth. Now they can find you on the job board too.
