You post a job on our jobs board. A Spanish-speaking worker in Corpus Christi or Calallen opens the page and sees it in Spanish. They fill out the application in their language. You get the application, and the system translates the key details so you know what you're looking at.
The employer posts once. The seeker finds work in the language they speak. No posting the same job twice, no confusion, no middleman. Both sides move at their own pace.
This is how a local job board should work in South Texas. Half the Coastal Bend speaks Spanish. Your job shouldn't be invisible to them just because you posted it in English.
