A tech's schedule should be easy to change. They work Monday and Wednesday this week, only evenings next week, off for a funeral. Life happens. The old system made them tap through screens and confirm choices. Setting hours took forever.

We rebuilt it. You open the app, you see your week, you set the hours you're available. The system locks the hours you post so you can't accidentally rewrite them five times a day, but you can change them whenever you need to.

It's the kind of thing that gets invisible when it works. Nobody notices you didn't have to fight the app.
