Techs on the NPCLocal job board cannot see your phone number until after you both agree on the job

When a job is posted, a tech can see the work, the pay, and the location. The phone number stays with us. If a tech takes the job, we call him with a time the customer picks. He agrees to that time, and only then does he get the number to follow through. The customer decides who shows up and when before any contact information changes hands.
