NPCLocal now routes calls through the shop so techs and customers never exchange personal numbers, and the job board runs fully in Spanish

Two changes shipped to NPCLocal this month. First, phone privacy: a tech receives the job code, repair details, and time slot, and calls the customer through the shop's number. The customer's personal number never reaches the tech's phone, and the tech's personal number never reaches the customer. The job system underneath had to be rebuilt to make it work, but the experience on both sides is straightforward.

Second, the job board now runs in Spanish. Job offers, acceptance screens, and the time-setting flow all work in either language. A tech can switch and work entirely in Spanish without guessing at buttons or translating job codes. The Coastal Bend is bilingual and the board reflects that now.
