You're looking at a repair ticket and you need to text the customer. You click the text button, and it opens Google Voice with the customer's number already filled in. You type your message and send.

Before, you had to switch apps, find the customer's number, and manually type it in. Now it's one click from the ticket.

This works on desktop and mobile. On mobile, Google Voice opens and pre-fills the number so you can send a text without leaving the ticket app.
