The lowbies repair site now posts iPhone prices, shows an itemized bill, takes messages through a chat window, and has a fixed booking form

iPhone repair pricing is now on the site: screen replacement, battery, back glass, and water damage each get their own line with the typical cost. The numbers come from the shop and can shift based on parts, but they give a customer a real ballpark before picking up the phone. When a repair is booked, the bill breaks into three separate lines: the repair itself, the shop fee for workspace and tools, and the diagnostic charge. Nothing is bundled into a single total.

A chat window is live on the site for customers who prefer typing to calling. On a phone it slides up from the bottom; on a desktop it sits on the right side of the screen. Messages go directly to the shop. The booking form got a round of fixes at the same time: a broken 'Message us' link is working again, the 'Book my time' button label was rewritten to describe what it actually does, and a price display that was following the user down the page as they scrolled has been removed.
