The dashboard home has a Mission Control feed that pulls from every campaign and ranks by what needs attention. Top of the feed is the call that's been waiting longest, or the lead that came in five minutes ago. Tap it and you deep-link straight to the call list or lead queue.

Before, you had to flip between campaign tabs to see what was hot. Now it's one view. You open the dashboard and you see the single most important thing to do next. Everything else ranks below it.
