A lot of directory sites don't want to say this out loud. They want you to think they've checked everyone and everything is safe. We can't promise that and it's not fair to pretend.

We're a directory. We host business listings. We don't run background checks on every person. We don't verify every license. You should ask questions, check reviews, get references. That's on you, and that's how it should be.

We put that language back on the site where it got lost. It's not something we're hiding. It's something you need to know.
