We built this fast and hit some walls.

Here is what went wrong and how we fixed it.

When you build fast, you sometimes overwrite your own work. We did that three times with the price calculator. We also had a bug where the system stopped recording data, so nothing showed up. We fixed it and rebuilt the calculator a fourth time.

We built a demand report that tries to figure out which services are actually wanted in which towns. It was buried in noise until we filtered it to find real signals. Now it works.

We also learned that demand matters. If a service page has no real interest, we do not offer it to a pro. That keeps the quality high and stops us from selling leads nobody is looking for.

This stuff is not glamorous. It is just the work of building from a one-person shop in Alice with AI helping out. We hit problems, we fix them, and we ship again.
