One of the harder parts of running a shop like this is knowing what actually changed when we update how our tools work. You make an edit, it goes live, and then what. Did it work? Did something else break? You're kind of flying blind until someone calls and says something's off.
We built a system that watches our tools while they're running and records every change we make. So now when we update something, we see it happen. We can trace back through the day and know exactly when something shifted and why.
It helps us fix problems faster. Instead of guessing, we know.
