Our local services directory connects people with pros. We need to know which pages actually drive calls and leads, not just which ones get clicks. We fixed the tracking system that had stopped working in late June.

The fix did two things. First, we restored the system that knows when someone is seriously looking for help, not just browsing. Second, we built an honest human and bot split so we can see real traffic separate from automated crawlers. We also made sure the call button works on every page, not just some of them.

It's the kind of work nobody sees, but it's the difference between a directory that actually helps people find work and one that just looks busy.
