We're counting phone calls through our site to make it better.

We're tracking phone calls that come through our site. We log that a call happened, when it happened, and which listing it came from. We're still building this out.

This gives us real numbers on what works. We can tell which service types get the most calls, which neighborhoods have the most demand, which contractors are getting steady work. It's the kind of information that used to be invisible.

If we get this right, we can use it to make the site better. If one service category barely gets calls, we know we need to look at how it's listed. If a whole neighborhood has no electricians, we can work on filling that gap. The data belongs to the contractors and the site, not sold anywhere.
