We built a job board for the Coastal Bend. Real jobs from real shops. Employers post openings and pay a small fee. People looking for work search and apply for nothing.
You post your job, pick a title and trade, write what you need, and hit publish. The listing goes live the same day. If you want to bump it to the top, you can pay fifteen bucks for a Featured badge that lasts a month.
Job seekers can search by trade, by town, by what's nearby. They can set up alerts so new jobs show up in their inbox. No spam. No recruiter calls. Just local shops hiring local people.
The whole thing is moderated. We scrub spam and scams before anything goes live. Employers and job seekers stay anonymous until they're ready to talk. Phone numbers and emails get relayed through us so nobody trades personal info with a stranger.
This matters because most job boards are national and useless for small towns. You post in Alice and get results from Houston. Now when a shop in Corpus posts, the people who see it are the people who can actually show up and work.
