You can only call service pros who actually signed up.

When you look up a service pro on our site, you only see a call button if that person actually signed up and confirmed they're there. No more calling someone who doesn't know they're listed.

If a pro hasn't signed up yet, the page shows you other ways to find them. You can search Google Maps, visit their website, or fill out a form to contact them directly. But the call button stays off until they agree to it.

This saves you the awkward call where someone picks up confused about why you're phoning them.
