We launched a job board for the Coastal Bend. It's free to look at. Costs a few bucks to post.

Here's how it works: you buy post credits upfront. One credit, one job listing. You can post whenever you want. No monthly fee. No surprise charges. You own the credits until you use them.

The board's got search. Filters for what you need. You can see what jobs are nearby and what they pay. Employers get a dashboard to manage their own listings. Change the title. Update the description. Close it when you fill the spot.

We built safety in from the start. Scam classifier screens listings before they go live. Applicants stay anonymous until both sides agree to talk. Contact info gets relayed through our system so nobody's phone number shows up in a post.

It's live at npclocal.com/jobs. Spanish and English both. Bilingual seekers can toggle the language. Employers can post in either one.
