You can see what each charge covers on your bill.
The repair cost, the shop fee, and the diagnostic charge are listed separately.

When you book a repair, you see the total price. But where does each dollar go? We broke it down: the actual repair is one line, the shop fee (the cost for the technician to use the workspace and tools) is another line, and the diagnostic charge (what we charge to figure out what's wrong) is its own line. You can see what you're paying for at a glance.
We also relabeled the service categories to match how people talk about them. Screen printing is labeled 'screen printing,' not buried under a vague category. Website design is its own thing. Repair services are grouped by what they fix, not by how we organize them internally.
This makes it easier to find what you need and harder to be surprised by the bill.
