When you're looking for a service, you don't always know what it's called. You might search for 'clear aligners' when you mean braces, or 'drain jetting' when you're looking for someone to clean your pipes. We looked at hundreds of real search terms people type and connected them to the right category so you land on what you need no matter how you ask.
We studied what people actually searched for and where they ended up instead. Those gaps are closed. Type 'carports' and you find carport builders. Type 'hearing tests' and you get hearing aid shops. The words people use work.
This matters most in smaller towns where the directory is still getting built out. A search term that gets you nowhere is worse than no directory at all.
