If you fix a computer or phone and the part you installed cracks or fails within 33 days, you still get paid. That's the deal we just locked in on our repair job board.

Before this, a tech would install a screen, the customer would drop the phone two weeks later, and the tech had to pay to fix it again. We budget for parts that break. If you have to go back and swap it, you get paid again. If the part is actually broken when it arrives, we cover it, not you.

We also made it so you pick when you work, not whether you work. You set your hours. We see what you're available for and book you into jobs that fit. No surprise calls, no mandatory shifts you didn't agree to.
