a job post used to tell you the same thing three different ways. a lot of people complained it was hard to read. we cut out the noise and kept what matters.
now when you open a job, you see the title, the town, the pay if it's there, and what the work is. no jargon, no glossary, no definitions repeating. if there's more detail, you can click to read it. most people don't need to.
the posts are faster to scan on your phone and easier to share with someone else who might be interested.
