We run a rating site for LED, digital, and poster signs across the Coastal Bend. A shop gets a 5.0 star rating when the votes land there, and that's real.
When a new review comes in and the average shifts to 4.8, we don't make it sound like the shop lost something. A shop with a 4.8 average is still damn good. The rating is honest whether it's 5.0 or 4.7.
