Finding A Pro · NPCLocal

You see honest ratings.

Shops keep them when work changes. We soften perfect-score claims as reviews change.

A shop with a perfect 5.0 star rating looks great until you dig in. Maybe they only have two reviews. Maybe they had 4.8 stars last month and you didn't notice. Claiming perfection when it's fragile is misleading.

We now soften that claim when ratings shift or review counts are small. Instead of saying 'Perfect 5.0 stars,' you might see 'Highly rated' or 'Rated 4.9.' The truth stays the same. The hype doesn't.

It's a small change that keeps the trust real. You're not chasing ghosts. You're seeing what actually happened.
