Sketchy job posts are easy to spot once you know what to look for. Too good to be true. Vague on what you'd actually do. Asks for money upfront. We read every job post and flag the ones that smell wrong.

When you see a warning on a job post, you still get to decide. Read what looks off. Maybe it's a real job and just poorly written. Maybe it's a trap. Either way, you're not going in blind.

We also keep the board clean. Posts that look sketchy get held for a human to review before they show up. It's not perfect, but it keeps the worst stuff off.
