You trust the rating system.

A five-star rating system scores jobs and pros. A perfect 5.0 means the work is flawless.

If a pro's score drifts down, the claim adjusts with it. It's honest. A 4.8 is still great work. A 4.5 is solid. But we don't call anything perfect unless it is.

The whole point of a rating is to tell the truth. If a claim gets locked at 5.0 and the rating moves, that's a lie. We're not going to do that.
