We use an AI phone answering system that handles calls in Spanish and English, takes messages, and routes calls to the right place. It handles a lot of volume, and if it breaks, we need to know right away.

We just built a live monitor that shows what the system is doing every second. We can see how many calls came in, which ones it handled, which ones it routed, whether it's running fast or slow. It's the kind of thing a big company would have, but we built it for ourselves.

It means when something goes wrong, we'll catch it before someone calls in and gets silence. For a small shop like ours, that's huge.
