We built a dashboard so we can watch the computers we support and catch problems before they become disasters. If something starts acting strange, we see it and we can reach out before you do.
The dashboard only shows facts we can actually verify. We don't guess or make claims. If we can see the data, we say it. If we can't, we don't.
