Straight Talk · Lowbies
Your five-star review stays honest.
Perfect ratings can shift. The words stay true. Even if the score changes.

You run a business and get a 5.0 star rating. We put it on your profile and call it perfect. Then a bad review comes in and your score drops to 4.8. Now the word perfect doesn't fit anymore, but we already said it. We fixed the wording so it stays true no matter what happens to the rating. If it drifts, the claim still holds.
It sounds like a small thing but it matters. You want your rating to be honest, not marketing copy that goes stale the day after we post it.
