Jobs Board · NPCLocal
Your job application stays private.
Employers don't get your full contact info. Applications go through a message relay. You control who sees what.

When you apply for a job, we don't hand your phone number and email to the employer right away. Your application gets sent through our system. The employer gets your message and name. They can reply. You decide if you want to give them your direct contact.
Employers don't see anything that could identify you beyond what you put in the form. The application stays yours until you choose to share more.
It's the same on the other side. We don't store your job posts with all your contact details hanging around. When a job expires or fills, we clean it up. Employers get a special link they can use anytime to edit or close the listing.
