This keeps scammers from grabbing your number off the listing and spamming you later. If you're hiring, you see applications in your inbox on the board. You reply without giving out your number. Same if you're job hunting.

It's a simple layer, but it matters. Scammers love job boards because contact info sits there for the taking. We're cutting that off.
