When you book a repair through our system, the tech who takes your job sees the work you need done and how to reach you. He doesn't see what you paid, what you still owe, or any other money stuff. That's between you and us.
It sounds small, but it matters. You shouldn't have to worry that someone fixing your phone knows your financial situation. We made this change this week and it applies to every job from the moment you book.
The tech still gets paid right, and the job still moves. We just keep your balance off his screen where it belongs.
