When you upload a video clip to Clip, we compress it before it goes into storage. You see the same quality on your screen but it takes up less space and uses less internet data. This matters if you're uploading from spotty internet or on a phone.
We also routed uploads through servers closer to you instead of sending everything across the country. That means faster uploads, fewer stalls, and less chance something times out halfway through.
These are the kinds of fixes that don't show up in a changelog but make the app feel snappier. You notice it when things just work.
