Employers see full legal notices.

Equal opportunity is clear. Employers see the protected classes listed. They can keep it or remove it.

When you post a job, you see the full list of protected classes under federal law: race, color, religion, sex including pregnancy and sexual orientation and gender identity, national origin, age 40 and up, disability, and genetic information. It's there to help employers stay honest and to show job seekers the work is open to everyone.

We show it without pushing. You can keep it or take it off. No one is forced to use it. But if you're going to post work in our community, you see what equal opportunity actually means.
