job board lets you post jobs in spanish.

The NPCLocal job board is live in Spanish. When you post a job, you can write it in English, Spanish, or post both versions side by side.

On the seeker side, there's a language toggle at the top of /jobs. Folks can switch between English and Spanish to see jobs in the language they prefer.

The job posting form works in both languages. If you post in Spanish, that's what seekers see.

This matters in South Texas. Half the skilled trades are bilingual. If you're hiring, you need to post where the workers are looking.
