For The Pros · NPCLocal
Job pay is clear at a glance, with bonuses called out by name.
The tech sees the total payout first. Labor, parts, and bonuses are listed separately so there's no guessing.
New here? NPCLocal is our local-services site that connects Coastal Bend folks with local pros, plus a jobs board.

A repair technician opens a job offer and the first thing he sees is the total money he'll make. Below that: labor pay, parts cost, and any bonus. The bonus is labeled BONUS so there's no squinting at the screen trying to figure out if extra money is in the deal.
We changed how the job offer is displayed so it says what the tech is committing to, what he gets paid, and when the money moves. No ambiguity. The bonus shows on the job card he accepts too, so he's never confused about what he signed up for.
This matters because a tech who knows exactly what a job pays can decide in seconds whether it's worth his time. No guessing. No math. Just clear numbers.
