You can now log a win or a follow-up straight from the Facebook Cadence Console. When someone messages you on Facebook about a job, you can mark them as a lead, a quote, or a closed deal.
Before, Facebook leads lived in Facebook. You had to remember them or copy them out by hand. Now they're in the system and you can see them in a dashboard.
Day to day, you post something about AC repair, someone messages you, you log them in the console, and the lead is tracked. Later you can see which posts bring in actual customers.
It's the missing link between social and your real business.
