Lowbies launched a repair booking site with upfront prices, flexible scheduling, and live chat

The site lists iPhone repair prices by model and repair type, screen, battery, camera, so a customer knows the number before picking up the phone. The old booking flow worked like airline ticketing: pick a date, pick a time, hope it was open. Now a customer picks a speed, same-day, next-day, or a few days out, and the system finds a slot that fits.

A chat button sits on the repair and booking pages. It reaches the shop directly, not a bot, and stays open while the customer is booking so they can sort out details without switching to a call. On pricing, the bench fee is gone. Every job breaks into two lines: the repair and the service fee. The price on the page is the price at pickup.
