For The Pros · Tickets

morning brief tells you what hardware to buy.

The Money Desk card shows unpaid and uninvoiced cash so you know what's stuck and what needs follow-up.

The morning brief is the first thing you see in Tickets. It used to just tell you how many old tickets you had. Now it tells you which parts are holding up repair work. Screen, battery, cable, whatever. Order it before it becomes a problem.

This matters because parts delays kill your day. You know a phone needs a battery. You don't have it in stock. Now you see that in the morning instead of finding out when you open it up. You can order it before you even start the repair.

The Money Desk card is new too. It shows unpaid invoices and stuff you never invoiced at all. The cash that's stuck. You can see it at a glance and know what needs a phone call or a follow-up email.

The honest part: this is just surfacing stuff that was already in the system. But surfacing it right when you start your day means you actually do something about it instead of forgetting.
